Every correct entry into the Competition consists of one entry into a prize draw to win a new Suzuki Grand Vitara vehicle. |

The prize draw will be conducted at random by SKY Television New Zealand under Police supervision, in the week commencing 10 September 2010. |

The prize winner will be drawn at random. Results are final and no correspondence will be entered into. |

Vehicle specifications and colour of winning vehicle may differ from vehicle promoted. |

Winners will be announced on-air, on SKY Television’s ’40:20’ show, on 19 September 2010. They will be contacted via phone and email. If winners are not contactable after two weeks, Suzuki and SKY Television reserve the right to draw another winner. |

The winner’s name may be published on SKY Television’s website. |

The winner must have a valid New Zealand driver’s licence. |

The new vehicle will be first registered to the competition winner at the time of exchange. |

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or discount. |

Employees of SKY Television, Suzuki, their advertising agents, subsidiaries and Toyota dealership staff, and their immediate families are not eligible for the offer. |

To the extent permitted by law, Toyota Suzuki and Authorised Suzuki Dealers are not liable to any person, including any passenger, for any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense incurred through use of the vehicle awarded as a prize under this offer. |

Privacy: Personal information provided on competition entry forms will be held by Suzuki and will be retained by Suzuki to administer the competition, including to contact winners and may be used to contact entrants regarding Suzuki products and services. |
