SKYWATCH From The Editor February 2014

Hi everyone! You can feel the excitement in the air with the new season of Game Of Thrones hitting our screens this month.

The Emmy® Award-winning series headlines a huge month on SoHo, where Mad Men returns for the first part of its final season along with Orphan Black and Veep, while the star-studded American Horror Story: Coven makes its channel debut.

That’s just some of what’s on offer across entertainment. From Henry Cole’s attempt to break Kiwi Burt Munro’s land speed record on the Bonneville Salt Flats to the annual MTV Movie Awards and SKY Movies Family POP-UP for the school holidays, we’ve got all bases covered. Be sure to check out our highlights on pages 10-19.

Our factual channels are packed with good stuff too – Discovery Channel’s Manhunt is a must-see, there’s all manner of cute things on Animal Planet’s Pet Month, while Anzac Day is commemorated on History and Sky News.

Sport fans are in for a treat. We’re excited to bring you new and new look SKY Sport shows, as well as coverage
of The Masters with POP-UP Channels, the ITM 500 Auckland and more.

SKY is extremely proud to be supporting talented Kiwi athletes through SKY NEXT – find out more on page 6.
We’ve got some great prizes up for grabs and delicious recipes from Rick Stein’s India.

Sadly, daylight savings ends at 3am on Sunday 6th, so remember to turn your clocks back. Until next month, enjoy the long Easter weekend and take a moment to honour our veterans on Anzac Day.
